DeProof wasn't born from a trend — it was built from a belief that great food doesn't need shortcuts. Every recipe, every ingredient, every plate that leaves our kitchen carries the same standard we'd hold our own table to.

Located on West Washington Street in Indianapolis, we're a neighborhood restaurant with ambitions that go beyond the block. Our kitchen sources locally when possible, seasons menus as ingredients change, and treats every guest like they're joining us for dinner at home.
